I consider this to be the true “end” to the Discworld novels. I can’t think of a better one than Sam Vimes getting to save the day and be with his wife and kid. And unfortunately, the book after this (Raising Steam) Sir Pratchett began to show signs of his decline to the point that I couldn’t even finish it.
